We are delighted to offer parents and carers the opportunity to attend a free Empowerment Approach online training session with Kit Messenger.

The Empowerment Approach is an innovative, research-based approach to support children and young people who are anxious or withdrawn; who struggle with unhelpful and risky behaviour; or who find school a challenge. The approach offers a proven alternative to the traditional control-based methods of managing behaviour.

As a Trust, we have received training from Kit about how to support our young people. This is a fantastic opportunity to understand this approach further and use it within your own homes.

The training takes place on 27/3/25, 3/4/25 and 29/4/25 all 7:30pm-8:30pm.
